60d is dead :(

Guys please help. My camera 60d is not starting, because i formated the card with foto and ML. just forgot about ML. And now when i switch on the camera i do not see any indications of work. what should i do now ?

 ;D  its happen to me ,,,,,,dont worry  format you card again on your PC  copy ML extracted file  on your memory card put in back again will work !
