creating a ML compliant mask file

Hi all, I have this PNG file:

that I'd like to convert to the required bmp format in the right dimensions as this is what I apply when editing but I can't seem to get it to work.

Could anyone offer any advice or perhaps send me a bmp if you have one of the same dimensions? My email is [Removed]

Thank you. So when I compare them to my guide it's much smaller and not as wide as mine? I take it the camera stretches it to widescreen for me?

I still just can't get the dimensions right on my crop mark.. very frustrating..
