Hello Guys,
lately I have had this problem with my 5d mark ii, camera turns on , nothing on the rear lcd screen. no access to menu or images. When i hit the shutter release mirror locks up and camera freezes. It must be kind of hardware issue but before taking it to a service I'd like to try removing the bios battery( or secondary battery as Canon calls it)  I read somewhere saying it could help to so.But I couldn't find where it is?
I know it has to be somewhere in the battery compartment but I couldn't find out. can you  please help.

Thanks

Stedda
