Can only record 35min on a 16Gb memorycard????

I just installed ML on my 550d, When trying out the different new things i found out that i only can record approx 35min on my 16Gb card.
This cant be right.
What to do?

You do realize that you have the same limit with stock firmware, right?

I realize it now.... :)
Is it nothing to do with it?

Enable movie restart in ML menu...you'll loose a couple of seconds between each video but it will record multiple 35min clips.

Hmm, I am a little confused with the query and the answers. Please help me understand :)

I use a Sandisk Class 10, 16 GB (30 MB/ps) card however, what is the ideal minutes this card would support (How many minutes of video in full HD/continuous recording).

I use:-Camera: Canon 550D/T2i  Lens: Canon 50mm 1.8 II ; Canon kit (18-55 non IS) ; 55-250 EFS IS ; Macro converter tubes with AF.

Depends on card/iso/bit rate.

For me 32GB is 32minutes give or take... although camera stops after 29
something.
