Camera cages? (specifically 550D with battery grip)

Does anybody know of any camera cages that fit a 550D with the battery grip, still allowing for access to input/output and etc?

Something with;

• screw holes for mounting
• the extra grip handle on the left
• and maybe something that specifically somewhat molds around the shape of the camera rather than the box looking ones.
Can't remember if I'm forgetting anything.
