5d mk2 - set up help

Hi.
So i have looked extensively through the forums but am a bit confused regarding Raw and need some help.
I have used ML for many years which has been great. Now all I really want is full HD (or 2k) and to have 10 / 12 or 14 bit raw in 25fps. I can only seem to get 14 bit for 8 seconds with no other options under bitrates except for - upto 3.0x. So something is completely wrong in my setup.
I am only using a 700x card So l expect some performance issues. But unless I can get further with ML I can't buy a new CF card.
How do I access 10+12 bit? Not interested in 4k.
How do I extend the time limit beyond 8 Seconds?
Why is my FPS override change from 25.00 when off but when turned on is 2.500?

For anyone else looking, I discovered the Picture Profile button to access 10 / 12 Bit and frame sizes.
I am still only getting 20 seconds at the most. So still looking for why I am so limited.

Because Your card speed is about 30MB, you need faster ones like sandisk extreme
