Help for a newbye on 50D

Hello, i installed ML the 2.3 version on my 50 d but i got a couple of questions to submit to you:
First, how do i enable on the 2.3 version the RAW recording for videos
Second, how do i switch between resolutions (only can record @640 or @1920)
Third, how can i record for more than 30 secs?
