Hey folks,
I would like to suggest a feature that can make the "Tilt Shift-Effect".

thanks!

I second this! :-D but it may be hard, even by lining up a row of focus points, idk! Let's see what the devs have to say ;-)

Here you go: http://www.instructables.com/id/Printable-Tilt-Shift-Lens-Adapter/

The other option is to use focus stack in the camera, and then when merging them together do somewhat the opposite of focus stacking.
As focus stacking is meant to give you a large depth of field from a series of small depth of field photos.

(plus this post might actually be a duplicate, if not a completely useless request :P )

I guess that what the OP is asking for is not the "tilt-shift effect" (tilting the focus plane to match the scene, and create a greater depth of field) but the "tilt-shift deeffect" (tilting the focus plane against the scene, and create a shorter depth of field). IMHO, such "effects" belong to the post-processing phase, and are out-of-scope for ML.

I agree that 'tilt shift' should be considered a post process thing.

Of course, true tilt shift photography is not a post production thing. It also comes at a considerable financial cost (with the lenses involved). I am a mere mortal, with the budget of a mere mortal, so I have to compromise.

I tried the Photoshop route and is actually pretty convincing tilt shift effect. I would love to have a tilt shift lens and do it 'properly', but it's surprising what can be achieved, in post, with Photoshop. It's pretty simple too.

Here is an example of the technique (from a random YouTube search):
