7D Headphone Output and Help File

Hi,

I'm still a newb here. I installed the nightly build in my 7D and I'm seeking help for two issues:

1. I'm sure I saw the Headphone Output feature in the Audio tab but it's not there now! I made up the cable adapter for a headphone and it worked. Maybe I've turned off something somewhere else that has disabled this. I see in the features list for the 7D that this feature is not ticked. Do I have it, or not?

2. When I go to the Help tab and select Context Help a message comes up to say the Help files could not be found. I downloaded the nightly build dated 29 March 2015 and installed it. I have now downloaded 7 April 2015 and installed it. Still no Help file. Is there somewhere else I need to go to get this file?

What are the disadvantages of nightly builds?
