ok, I think I fixed some of my post processing issues in MLV, but I still sometimes get jittery colored pixels in my videos. and I haven't figured out how to do upscaling properly yet.

In the previous video i didn't describe the workflow because i completely forgot what i was doing (sorry  ::) )

but in this video I used the following tools in MLV:
  • Fix focus dots: ON / Interpolation metod: 2
  • Fix Bad Pixels: AUTO / Search method: Norm / Interpolation metod: 2
  • Chroma smooth: 2x2
  • Vertical Stripes: Normal
  • Debayer algorithm: AMaZE
  • Processing Gamut: Alexa Wide Gamut RGB
  • Export: .mov Codec: Apple ProRes4444

After that I use DaVince Resolve 20 (in first time) for editing and sound, and it was amazing !!!

Fixed focus dots: ON? 5D2 doesn't have focus dots in liveview/video mode.
Fix bad pixels: Only use if absolutely necessary. It is known to do horrible things to footage at times.
Vertical stripes: Same, esp. with Dual-ISO (Dual-ISO in 5D2's video mode not supported by nightly/lua_fix).

Often in video files i see green dot (lonely green pixel), "Fix Bad Pixels" fix it =)
