Canon T2i / 550D unable to install ML

Hiya,

I am quite new to the forum and apologise in advance if this is in the wrong place or been asked before.
I followed the tutorial to the letter and did everything however ML wont install on my camera.
My canon is new (6mnths) so it already has the latest update (1.0.9).
I charged my battery to full.
I tried installing from a 2GB and a 16GB card, both failed.
I used the EOSCard software to make my cards bootable.
I am using windows 7.
I had the camera set to Manual Mode.
I have no other 3rd party attachments.

Any idea's ?

I also have the 550d, and it's easy to load ML try ​​these tips:
1 - format the card or from a PC or from eos;
2 - if you extract the zipped file directly into the ML card (from PC), or copy the contents of the file in the ML card (again with the card inserted in the reader pc);
3 - insert the card into the EOS, turn on the 550, press "MENU", go to "version firware" click on "OK" and you upgrade the firmware by clicking again on "OK".
Follow the instructions on the LCD, and eventually shutdown and restart the 550.
