7d ML RAW - Vertical Lines?!?

Hi all,

I've got a problem with my image quality on RAW mode on my 7D.
I get vertical lines and really bad noise. (see attached images, cropped in)





Do you think it's a broken camera, sensor issue or a software issue?

Yes! Or something else!

If you're expecting a serious answer you should provide some basic information. Most basic: Which ML version you are using and which settings are used creating those pictures?
And it would be helpful if "we" have access to the RAW files itself.
