Worry about the temperature from my 5d3 by raw filming (very hot )

Hi there,
im new in the ML forum, my name is Max and hope to get some new friends and some answers ;-)

Im using a 5d mark 3 with  a nightly build from December 20. and 22. , (before i used a version from oktober, which worked quiet good)

But in the new version is a temperature field on the screen which is getting very hot by raw filming. The cam starts with round about 30°C and goes up to 76 C° by raw filming after round about 10 minutes the field switched from orange to red ... im i am a little bit worried about the temperuter in my cam...

The old version hasn't good a field like this..
Im using a Komputerbay 128gb CF-Card ...    I only can record 9-10 minutes , after this the cam stops recording , and i have to start the record again...

Is this normal ?
