Buffer overrun after 4GB recorded with MLV_REC.mo

When trying to record full hd mlv video i get buffer overrun after recording 4Gb of data. Seems to be related to the camera writing a new file? Would this issue disappear if you could choose to disable file-spanning for xfat cards?

Nightly build from 2014-01-05
5D3 Komputerbay 64 1000x, 128GB 1050x cards.
