Will Movie Restart work with EOS Utility?

Can I use the Canon EOS Utility on my Windows 7 PC to remotely start, stop, and download recorded videos shot with ML's Movie Restart function?
I would like to record 1-2 hours of 1080p video WITHOUT user intervention on a T4i.

I understand the sensor may overheat and am willing to build appropriate cooling solution if necessary (A/C, fan, or Peltier cooler)

Specifically:

1) Will ML Movie Restart work if recording is triggered from the EOS Utility software and record past 12-minute / 4GB / 29.59-minute / (whatever) limits (with a few seconds of dropped video when clips restart) to let me record 2 hours of video?

2) Will those clips be automatically downloaded to the PC running the EOS utility?

3) What size SD card will I need?

I am completely new to Canon DSLR & ML & EOS Utility and have not used them before. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
