60D is dead after boot without autoexec.bin

Hi,
a few days ago I delet all the ML files and the autoexec.bin for shooting a wedding. Since then my 60D doesn't start but the led blinks some times, back at home I read the ML guide and pulled the battery out, low level Format my SD card and restart my camera but the camera do nothing at all! No led blinking, nothing! I testet the Camera with 2 SD card and 3 fully loaded batterys.
Can I do anything to make my Camera working again?
