Help with Custom Cropmarks?

Hi everyone, I'm having some trouble creating my own custom cropmarks for magic lantern. (on photoshop.)

I'm following this guide:     http://magiclantern.wikia.com/wiki/Cropmarks

Most of its pretty straight forward, but when I get up to the point where I have to convert my project into "indexed colour mode" I get an error when trying to load the required colour palette file.

The error is "Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered."

I have actually been able to get some tests to show up on my camera but they come out messed up.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
