Loading ML onto 5D MkIII

I have down graded firmware from 1.2.1 to 1.1.3, gone through all ways of loading ML but to no avail, my MkIII just will not recognize, ML firmware...any ideas, please, would be much appreciated.
I had no trouble at all with my MkII. Regards/Roy.

Lost my crystal ball...  We would need a whole lot more details to troubleshoot. 

Make sure you watch these video guides first.

Then if you cannot resolve this issue.. You will have to write a step-by-step procedure of what you are doing and what seems to go wrong.

More details needed, but you might want to verify that you properly "prepared" the SD card for ML. On my MacBook Pro, it involves using a utility called "macbook" to prepare the SD card so that the camera can boot off it. Have you done that?
