I've been using Magic Lantern with RAW for a few months now and have just noticed that the joystick on the back of my mkiii doesn't move the AF point around any longer. I don't shoot a lot of photos, so this may have been going on for a while.

Anybody else having this problem? Or am I missing a simple toggle somewhere?

Currently using the August 21st build.

Thanks!

Look in Canon menu, custom controls.

You are missing something.  Check the AF Canon menu (4rth position) "Select AF area selec. mode"  and choose a mode where the points can be moved.  If you select the 61 pt (wide bracket "61 pt AF)) then all of the AF points are active and you cannot select any specific point.
