I use my 600D for time-lapse shooting in construction site.
It works 24 hours and several month. So, I need shoot start
7 am to 6 pm.  Is it possible? Or can I programming?

You can certainly write a modules that reads the RTC (day/hour info) and starts the time lapse sequence (intervalometer?)
