arrow/set shortcut

2 weeks ago I was able to use the arrow/set shortcut keys.  However, now I am not able to do so.  I can turn on in the menu area but when I click on the focus square and try to move the arrows, the box just moves and nothing else displays.  Only thing different now is that I experimented with the raw video load.  My card was too slow so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the 2.3 regular version.  Thank you.
