Alternative way to enable RAW shooting on 60D

Is there an alternative way to enable RAW shooting on the 60D?
My Main Dial is malfuntioning, and I am stuck with only JPEGs after doing a full reset.....

If you go into the quick control screen and just highlight the image quality tile you can scroll trough the options with the rear dial.

The rear dial doesn't scroll through the RAW options, only the JPEG options.

If you just highlight it like this you should be able scroll with the rear dial to set it to RAW.
If you press set it won't work.
