Thanks for that arrinkiiii (Keep it coming)....

I enjoy watching the clips, both are excellent grading. That's the beauty of RAW files, we can easily do what ever we want to produce high quality settings.

We'll try to place our video clips here, if we can, so that, we're not clogging the forum.

1728x576

No doubt, raw is the thing... the future. More speed in the cards, more fast computers and grafic cards... It will be easy  8)

This is a first quick test I did:

EOS 7d
ISO500
Zeiss Planar 50mm 1.4 @ f2.8

What I wanted to test was how the RAW compares to the h264 after grading.
As expected the color banding was gone as were the compression artifacts in the bokeh and the level of detail is also nothing but amazing.
What I found interesting though, was that the RAW features much more aliasing at 400% than the h264 which was shot with VisionColor PP and sharpness +3.
Seems like the sharpness in camera really is just an intensity controller for the AA filter.

Anyway, thanks a lot to the ML team for accomplishing such awe-inspiring work and making me fall in love again with my 7d!
