Hello
All is said on the tin:
Do you think it would be possible to implement Dual Pixel AF in pre 70D models?
Seems it is CMOS data interpretation instead of hardware thing, so maybe
something with powerful digic enough (namely and more probably, 5D2 and 5D3 as they both have two digic)
could made the necessary calculation and thus improve AF accuracy, especially useful in the dark
(and since you improved ISO perf, I guess it would further improve ML AF perf in the case of using CMOS
data instead of just the dedicated AF sensor?)

Thanks by advance for your answer.

Really?  :-[ :-\
Well, I guess it can't be easily reproduced then.
So we are stuck with 5D2 punny-in-the-dark AF :(
Thanks anyway
