Flash gel suggestion when measuring Custom WB

There are applications for this for mobile phones. However, they are not very accurate.

When you measure custom WB, the camera could then suggest you which gels to use on your flash to best match the color of the ambient. If you don't use flash (or gels) it would probably not bother you. If you use a flash, this could be a real time saver or even picture saver.

The first step is to write down the formula (or look-up table) for suggesting gels from RGB multipliers. This is your job; I'm no longer a flash user.
