basicaly 550d and 600d are the same came but have different features i think its possible but i would like to knw from nanomad

The 550D is older than the 600D. And I don't have a 550D to run tests. I'm quite sure that's not possible on the 550D

550D pre dates those modes. The mode has to be in the code base, happens to be on EOSM/650D. 6D doesn't have it and it doesn't work.
