t3i "update file error" with 32gb sdhc

Hi,

Trying to install Magic Lantern v2.3 on a t3i (firmware 1.0.2).  I'm trying to get it installed using a Sony SDHC 32gb class 4 card, but when I attempt the firmware update, it says "Update file error, remove card/battery." 

The card I normally use is a 64gb transcend class 10 but the instructions state that the initial install must be a 32gb or lower card.  I formatted the card on the camera (low level), and copied the ML files to the root.

Any suggestions?  Those are the only 2 SD cards I have on hand.

Solved.

It was something about that 32gb card that ML didn't like.  I picked up an 8gb PNY class 6 sdhc card (for a whopping $6) and ML installed fine using that.
