Need Help with the Audio RemoteShot

I have the 16th July Built compiled by Laurenco on my 5D MK III.
For the first time i have tryed using the Audio RemoteShot, but i can't seem to make it work in Photo Mode, while it does perfectly in Video Mode.
Since it is usually stated when a function is available only for Video, i was wondering if i was doing something wrong while trying it in Photo Mode. I tryed both with LiveView ON or OFF, it would just not work until i put the camera in video mode.

I'm having exactly the same trouble.  It works in video mode but not photo mode.  when in Live View, the overlay says:
Audio release ON ( 0 / 20)

No matter how much noise I make, it never leaves 0 whereas it jumps all over the place in video mode.
