I have recorded some very important videos I shot on my mk3 in raw dual ISO but when I convert the .raw files to DNGs, all the DNGs have horizontal lines through them alternating from pixel to pixel of the two exposures instead of blending it into the one exposures with more latitude. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Can someone please help!

Did you read the instructions on how to process dual iso before using it?

Its posted here. http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=7139.0

Yes, although dragging the files over to CR2HDR does not do anything, it opens commandprompt but closes it right away. is there a place where I can get the most updated version of both Raw2DNG and cr2RAW?

ted ramasola

ok, try this.

Your raw files and the cr2hdr, exif dcraw files are in one folder.

Make sure the folder has a simple name no special char, etc.

Make sure this folder is in the root of your drive not in another folder.

Make sure you have the latest exe files from first post here: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=7139.0
Make sure you use simple directory/subdirectory names (do not use %&/($#"!()= or any symbol) or place a folder in the root directory of c drive.
Make sure you copy all of the files included in the cr2hdr.exe file.  It is actually a zip file

update: Ted you type faster then I do!  ;D

Make sure you don't record some "very important video" before you actually test out the workflow, confirm that it works and you fully understand the process.   ;)
