Problems shooting stills when ML installed

I just installed Magic Lantern on a 5DII but now when I'm not in live view and just want to take a normal photo I can't. It automatically clicks over to Timed exposure and takes 4 consecutive images two seconds apart. I've checked that it is set to continuous or single but every time i half press the shutter down the display changes to the timer icon. I have checked the intervalometer setting is off. Am I missing something obvious?

When I take the ML CF card out and replace it the shutter works as it should do.

Yes. Press the delete button to open ML menu and see what's green

Nothing appears to be green that isn't supposed to be. My feeling is that it is possibly a bug?
