raw_rec with start delay
« on: June 18, 2013, 12:11:31 PM »
I think it it would be nice to have an option to set a little delay (1-5 sec) between pressing a rec button and start of capturing raw frames. On cameras with slow sd card interface we need as much frames as possible but pressing a rec button can generate little shake at the beginning of a capture. I can try to do it..

@marekk: The raw_rec module "Tragic Raw" (http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=5582.msg52319;topicseen#msg52319) has a selectable start delay. Not sure to what cameras this applies. I believe "Magic Raw" used to have a selectable delay, but no longer does, again not sure why. Cheers!

1% has already implemented it on the 50d. Works well :)
