what does red or green Ellipsis (dots) mean?

I uploaded magic lantern to my 7d.  All seemed well........but... all ellipsis are red.  Not green as I see on tutorials.  Like there are not turn on.  The audio scale is not showing but it is on.  I am confused a little.  I think I am in a wrong setting for it to work?

Okay... in small print it says Global draw is disabled.  I am still learning, so please be easy on me.  I really don't know what that means.

Okay again... I have been trying to figure.... but I think the settings are all disabled.  For what reason would it be?  It randomly enables, then it disables.  I am on live mode.  Any thoughts out there?  Is it a glitch I only have?

I know this is silly........but I updated to ML2.   I am getting results now.  I know you are out there, but with the first ML, it wouldn't display enable because my display screen was on too.  ML2 alerted me that it was on.  Okay... I was my own help....why do these things take hours!!!!  Ugh!
