I'm testing the AutoETTR feature along with the built-in intervalometer and post-deflicker (taking a whack at ramping), and my Mark2 is taking pictures more often that what I specified.

The camera is set for AutoETTR (Always On) and the intervalometer is set for taking a pic every 10 seconds, with the shutter at 1/60.  Sometimes a picture gets snuck in between the 10 second interval.   **Click** ...wait 10 seconds... **Click** 2 seconds later... **CLICK**...... NOOO!

It happens every few minutes.  Is this a bug?

Have observed the same thing on my 5D2 when I gave A. ETTR  + Intervalometer a try recently. Then I found this guide: http://www.magiclantern.fm/forum/index.php?topic=5705.0 and realized I hadn't followed most of the instructions given here but I have yet to try it again, thus I don't know if this actually answers you question...
