Confused by HDR Video Settings

I just installed Magic Lantern on my T3I, and am loving it so far.

However, I can not seem to get my HDR video settings to work. 

In Magic Lantern I have the following settings under the Movie menu:
* Bite Rate (CBR) 0.8x
* Time Indicator: Remain.4GB
* Movie REC key: HalfShutter
* Force LiveView: Start & CPU lenses
* HDR Video : ISO 0/0,5.0EV ---> ISO A: 0 (100, -9.0 EV)  and ISO B: 0 (3200, -14.0 EV)

Canon Menu:
* Movie Exposure: Manual
* AF Mode: Live Mode

No matter what I try to do I can not seem to get the camera to record HDR video.  When I review the video frame by frame I don't see the ISO changing.   

What am I doing wrong?

You have some sort of digital gain enabled; paste your config file here, then delete it.

I had this maddening confusion.  In movie mode on dial, tap ISO button to get it off 'AUTO' worked for me.
