HELP I forgot to format CF card

I was on a shoot and forgot to format one of my cards before putting ML on it and now i can't get the DS_STO~1 File to copy over form the DATA and DOC folders, this means that i can't uses ML when using this card.

MY mac always says "The item "DS_STO~1" can't be replaced because it's invisible." but i have looked at the invisible file on the CF card and deleted every thing related to ML and erased the card many times but still nothing.

Any idea why its not working?
