5D MARK III RAW - Corrupt every other frame?

Hi guys,

So I've checked the forums and can't seem to find anything on this.
So I've been shooting since last week with this new ML build and I love it.
But one thing I've noticed is on some shots I get corrupt frames that are every other frame.
This happens on 1920x1080 and 1920x840 and I'm sure it happens on the other frame options.
I have a Lexar 1000x 32gb card so I know it's not the card, has anyone else ran into this problem?
