Motion Detect Menu

Dear All,

I would like motion detect to be selected from magic lantern menu. Problem is when I select motion detect in Menu and switch of the camera and again switch it on, Motion detect menu is deselected on every restart. I want it to be selected. I can see config file value is set to 1 for motion.trigger(1 means it is selected) but when camera starts it is deselected and i need to select it to On everytime. Please help

You could script it.

Startup script
If one of the scripts is named AUTORUN.C, it will be executed at startup, automatically.

I am new to Magic Lantern and scripting. Can you please provide some sample script to set menu or provide some pointers to do this ? Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot Wolf, Script is working to setup Menu.
but small problem, I need to run script when camera is connected to PC using USB. I only got Beep sound and menu selection does not work using script. I think USB connection is the problem. Can you please help ?
