Unless I'm missing something it jumps: 9000, 9500, 10000.
So in groups of 500, however when I white balance with a card I get values like 9700.
I'd like to be able to enter in 9700 for when I have to match a scene.
I'm not sure how this can be done to avoid always having to scroll through values by 100s.
Thanks.

I've just noticed they are 100K steps until I get to 7000K, then it jumps by 500K steps. Yet the automatic WB can set values between.

How about:
single click 100k, hold speed up from 100k to 500k steps (if you want to go there faster)
I'll check if it is doable (I think it is)
EOS 1100D | EOS 650 (No, I didn't forget the D) | Ye Olde Canon EF Lenses ('87): 50 f/1.8 - 28 f/2.8 - 70-210 f/4 | EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 | Metz 36 AF-5

Thanks nanomad. I find it odd how it steps 100K for some values but then 500K for higher ones.
