Frame rate in HDR on 5D

Hi there - sorry if this is a newbie question but what frame rate (final display) does HDR run at on the 5d? It seems to me to be running at 12.5 fps (which makes sense given the cameras 30fps ceiling).

Do any of the other ML cameras offer 25fps HDR?

It records at whatever frame rate you have set. So 30, 25, or 24.

I can't understand why the footage is sped up then (in after effects)
