Cine mode on 550d

Hi folks,

I have just purchased http://www.cineplus.ch/cinema.html to add to my Canon 550d.  I can upload it in M mode no problem, but when I try to add it when the Camera is in in Movie mode it does not give me the option in EOS Utility to click on User define mode.  I have downloaded Magic Lantern and now want to add some new styles to the video mode. Can anybody help, many thanks Paul
