[IMPOSSIBLE] Allow swapping of CF/SD cards while camera is running

This is probably impossible, and likely to be useful to very few people, but I thought I'd share anyway.

Assume that I have two CF cards one with ML the other without, and I am away from a computer for a bit (which would mean that I bought the second card while out in the field, I guess).

It would be nice to be able to boot ML, swap the cards, and then format the second card in camera and put ML on it (using the interface you already have).  To do this, the user would need a way to tell ML to not let the camera switch off when the door is opened (which would have to be a one time deal, as it violates the principle of least surprise).

It might be possible to achieve this by busy waiting in a "about to format the card when the door has been open for >1 sec and then closes" menu.  (assuming that busy waiting would defeat the switch off code).
