Question from a new user

Hi. I just had bought myself a used Canon 60D with the 1.1.0 firmware. I noticed that ML v2.3 doesn't work with this firmware version.
Now I am torn between upgrading into a newer Canon 1.1.1 firmware or use a ML version that is compatible. If so, what is the version of ML that can be used with this 1.1.0, and would upgrading into 1.1.1 be any risk?

Several thousand users updated their Canon native firmware without troubles. Just do it and ignore all warnings like "Sweet Jesus, don't ever shut down your camera during firmware update".
