550D First HDR movie try ,night in Uskudar - Istanbul

My first HDR try , as you see its fleeping and i guess video is missing with several reasons which i couldnt figured it out.
my iso setting is largest scale , could you pls help me what i am doing wrong ?

hi.. i thing u got one  hot pixel in midle of screan.. i got two :/ .  try sensor cleaning .. or just clean lens ..
