Help! Canon 5D mark 2, video files are not playing after downloading to computer

Hopefully anyone out there can help me out!

I installed ML and everything went fine. I did some video work and the files download and are all there but when i play them they are just black with lines going through them. Are they fragmented files? if so how can i fix them? The video files do play back on the camera

Never Mind! problem all sovled!

For anyone knowing, watch out when you use card readers, the files didn't work using it but if you connect the camera directly to the computer it worked!
