This guys make a mod for the gopro

It is only for rent, but sounds pretty interesting that incorporated an internal CPU interfaced to the camera that permits to the users disable the auto exposure feature and then adjust the aperture manually via the lens.

What kind of CPU can be interfaced?

Looks like they re-cased a go pro, changed the mount and rewrote or cracked the firmware for manual controls.

The go-pro people don't give you manual controls already?
