Canon is very restrictive in fps options, usually single-half-max speed.
For example Nikon in D600 offers a user-selectable option for a "middle setting": 2-3-4-5-6 fps.

Let it be 5 fps for a Canon 7D :)

FPS is settable? I thought it was just continuous or not.
