[IMPOSSIBLE] Interchange the functionality of Main Dial to Aperture

I want scrip to interchange or change the functionality of the Maindial / wheel for Canon EOS 600D Dslr camera to Aparture. By default the function of main dial is set to Shutter speed. I want to change it to Aparture.

If any one knows how to do it please make the script for it.
