servo/auto focus don't work any-more on the M, OK with A and video...???

Don't know what's going on, I was using the 60 D in Amazonian and suddenly I noticed that the servo/auto focus don't work any-more on the M, P, Tv, Av, and B functions with any lens. It works OK on the A, and all the others including video. I have the latest Canon firmware and ML 1.1.1-ml-v2.3 since last summer. It has worked fine until now. I did clear all the camera setting and cleaned the contacts. Nothing changes, what it's happening?

Look under C Fns to see if AF was assigned to some other button than normal.
