first thing.. i like u not forgot  aboute Sound in Video good.and its synhro mostly )
but i thing for this video i will use 60 frames persecond..and  720p ( or  1080p / 60 if  your camera supproting it )
i will use  more frames..its 30 ? .
u use some editing with sound for this is better to havemore frames persecond.. so 60.. it will looks muche more smoth with more frames.. alsow fast moving object  with more frames will look muche more smoth with out  `GHOST` ..
try to not use Frame Bleading  .. with more frames it can give cool results..all object will move with same speed but u wil lthing hey are little slower cus more frames and no GHOSTING...
try it i knwo its not alot just few words
