How change ISO range

Hi all,

I have ML 2.3 on 5D Mark II. I try to use bulb ramping and just have ISO range from 100 to 1600. How can I change ISO to 3200 or more?

But if I take day to night part of night have ISO1600 and expo 5 sec max. 5 sec is too short for night timelapse.
